Something I miss is a hosepipe and paddling pool in the garden on a hot day with our girls. Too quiet these days, too quiet.
We enjoyed a couple of similar scenes this past week. The rain is back now, harumph!
Don't s'pose you ever grew up with a slip'n'slide? Long bit of plastic with hoses running down the length doing the squirty water thing. TREMENDOUS fun. You'd never make it to work.
