SKELETAL REMAINS

Out the back, by the crumbling portacabins on a drizzly day we found the skeletal remains of summer.
We tried very hard to persuade the students to make a costume from them.
They pretended not to hear us...

    We people can make and create all that we want, but it will never compare to mother nature's creations... Look how pretty these seedheads are, even when they're dead...

    That first photo would make an incredible border print fabric. Are these teasels? They are really tall. I planted some for the birds but they never came up. :) xx
