SPRING HAS SPRUNG

SOMETHING COMPLETELY OTHER THAN WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE.

I was going to be telling you all about my flying visit to the

far and frozen north.

Oslo.

Its a beautiful place.

I was going to be telling you about all that I saw and explored when I was there.

But then this evening I was given the most wonderful present.

I went to pick up the boys from Bernie our childminder's house.

When I arrived there was a lot of excited giggling and loud whispering coming from her daughter's bedroom.

"You can't go in Nadine's room Mummy."

So I didn't.

I sat and waited in the living room, I had a brief and amusing gossip with Bernie.

Then the command came.

"Close your eyes Mummy"

Lots more giggling and the heavy footsteps of someone carrying a weighty item.

"Put your arms out Mummy"

I did.

"Happy Christmas Mummy"

Look what I had delivered straight in to my waiting arms.

A gift wrapped Bombshell.

I hope Father Christmas brings you something as lovely for Christmas.
